Mold and Environmental of Central Florida is a mold assessment and mold remediation company working across the Treasure Coast and the surrounding Florida markets. We are based at Fort Pierce.
Mold and moisture usually go together. If you have had a leak, a storm or another water problem and you are worried about mold, call us and we will tell you honestly whether an assessment is the right next step — or whether it is not.

Moisture first, then documentation
We look for the source
Mold is a moisture problem. Treating a surface without finding where the water comes from is how it comes back.
We write it down
You get a report saying what was inspected, what was found, and what was not examined. That last part matters.
We say when it is not needed
Sampling is not automatic. If testing would not tell you anything useful, we will say so.

In Florida, mold assessment and mold remediation are separate licensed activities. Both of ours are held by Mauricio Gutierrez and both are current.
More about our licensesAssessment and remediation are two different jobs
Florida licensing treats them separately, and for good reason: the person deciding what work is needed should not be the person paid to do it. We hold both licenses, but on any single project we perform one role, not both.
In practice that means if we assess your property, an independent remediator carries out the removal — and if we carry out the removal, an independent assessor verifies it. We will tell you which applies to you before any work is quoted.
