What we will ask
- the property address, and whether it is a home, a business or a vessel
- what you are seeing or smelling, and where
- whether there has been a leak, storm or flood, and roughly when
- whether you already have a report from an assessor
- how quickly you need someone there
What we will not do
We will not quote a remediation price without knowing the scope. Anyone who gives you a firm removal figure over the phone, sight unseen, is guessing — and the number will change once someone opens the wall.
We will also tell you when you do not need us. If what you describe sounds like a plumbing job or a ventilation problem rather than a mold job, we will say so.
One role per project
We hold both Florida licenses but take only one role on any single project. When you call, we will tell you which one applies to you and what the other half would involve.
